This not only created unnecessary confusion but also affected my professional image — now my senior believes that I might have damaged the laptop myself. There is no dent or physical damage on the device, yet this entire incident has caused me undue stress and embarrassment. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If I am asked to make any payment for this repair, despite the absence of any damage, I will be left with no choice but to share this experience publicly and file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court. I expect an immediate explanation and fair resolution to this matter."
